Jasmine’s professional journey in the hospitality industry has taught her how to build strong service teams, and guide them through the correct procedures to achieve goals, both the company’s and their own – always keeping profitability as the number one priority.
Jasmine was born and raised in the island of Saint Lucia, and she earned her Bachelors of Science degree in Business Hospitality Management at the Rosen College of Hospitality Management – University of Central Florida. Although she has experience in sales, marketing and events, her passion is ensuring that guests receive consistent service, creative food and beverage options, and are served by trained, knowledgeable and confident staff. She has experience working in Florida and various islands in the Caribbean, and considers herself a vacation magician as she understands the importance of creating unforgettable experiences for guests in the Caribbean region.
In her spare time she studies wine, gastronomy, and mixology.
